The national culture is characterized by lower level of important entrepreneurial
attributes, such as support of individual success, autonomy and leadership,
undertaking entrepreneurial risk, creativity and innovation and individual
responsibility.
National culture characteristics are rather discouraging than encouraging individuals
to try entrepreneurship world, in addition they have negative impact on individual as
well as societal opinions on entrepreneurship.
